Common questions
Do I need to come with a bare face?
Yes please, no makeup, hair clipped back, no fake tan. I'll send you a short prep note once you book so there are no surprises.
I wear a hijab/tudung. Does this still work?
Completely. Draping works exactly the same way, and we'll go through tudung shades and fabric tones specifically for your palette. Please wear a white tudung to your appointment — a coloured one reflects onto your skin and changes what the draping shows.
What if I don't like my season?
Happens more often than you'd think, and it's fine. The session is about showing you what your palette actually does for your skin. Most people leave loving colours they used to avoid.
How do I pay and can I reschedule?
A deposit secures your slot, balance on the day. We take Visa, Mastercard, FPX, Touch 'n Go, PayLater by Grab and SPayLater. Reschedule with 48 hours' notice for a weekday slot, or one week's notice for a weekend slot — weekend slots are limited, and the more notice I have, the more people I can help find their colours.
Is this a women's thing?
No. Colour analysis is about skin undertone, not gender. It's the reason one white shirt makes you look fresh and another makes you look like you've been up all night. Plenty of my male clients come in sceptical and leave with a list.
I'm not into fashion. Will I be lost?
That's exactly who this is for. You don't need to care about clothes, you just need to stop buying the wrong ones. You leave with a short, extremely useful report.
Which one should I book?
Classic if you just want to know your colours. Glow Gentleman if you wear a suit, meet clients, or have an interview coming up, because that's where the formal wear advice and the detailed shirt and t-shirt colour draping earn their keep.
What do I need to do before I come?
Clean face, no tinted sunscreen or moisturiser, hair off your forehead. Beards are fine, no need to shave. I'll send a prep note once you book.
